Northern provides employees with competitive compensation and benefit plans to attract and retain talented and skilled employees. Incentive pay is an integral component of these plans. Incentive awards are based on achievement of overall business goals, business scorecard results, and individual contributions to business goals and achievement of individual goals. While incentive payments are discretionary , the target range for most positions is 6-20% of base salary.
