Northern Natural Gas provides employees with competitive compensation and benefit plans to attract and retain talented and skilled employees. Incentive pay is an integral component of these plans. Incentive awards are based on achievement of overall business performance, business scorecard results, and individual contributions and achievement of goals or scorecards. Incentive payments are discretionary and although incentive awards are not guaranteed, the target range for most positions is 6-20% of base salary.
