Docket No. RP25-371, NAESB Version 4.0 – On January 27, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to incorporate into Northern’s Tariff the North American Energy Standards Board Version 4.0 of the business practice standards to be effective August 1, 2025. On July 28, 2025, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an order accepting the revised tariff record to be effective August 1, 2025, as proposed and granted Northern the continuation of the waiver of NAESB Standard 0.3.2. and the extension of time to comply with EDI, EDM, and IET transactions.

Docket No. RP25-987, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On June 30, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to update negotiated rate transactions to be effective July 1, 2025. On July 18, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective July 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-935, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On May 30, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to update and remove negotiated rate transactions to be effective June 1, 2025. On June 20, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective June 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-886, Periodic Rate Adjustments for Fuel – On May 1, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to establish the Market Area fuel percentage for the Winter Season of November 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. On June 12, 2025, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission accepted the revised tariff record to be effective November 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-887, Negotiated Rate Transaction – On May 1, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to update a negotiated rate transaction to be effective May 1, 2025. On May 15, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transaction to be effective May 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-859, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On April 30, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to add, update and remove negotiated rate transactions to be effective May 1, 2025. On May 14, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective May 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-782, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On March 31, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to add, update and remove negotiated rate transactions to be effective April 1, 2025. On April 24, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective April 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-756, Negotiated Rate Transaction – On March 28, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to revise a negotiated rate transaction to be effective March 31, 2025. On April 22, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transaction to be effective March 31, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-642, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On February 28, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to revise negotiated rate transactions to be effective March 1, 2025. On March 20, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective March 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-632, Update Pro Forma Service Agreements – On February 28, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to add foreign entity provisions to the firm and interruptible throughput, storage, and interruptible liquefaction and delivery service pro forma service agreements to be effective April 1, 2025. On March 13, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the updated pro forma service agreements to be effective April 1, 2025, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-561, Negotiated Rate Transaction – On February 12, 2025, Northern made a tariff filing to add a negotiated rate transaction to be effective February 13, 2025. On February 27, 2025, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transaction to be effective February 13, 2025, as proposed.
