Docket No. RP26-479, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On February 10, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to add negotiated rate agreements to be effective February 11, 2026. On February 25, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective February 11, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-989-006, Motion Interim Settlement Rates – On February 23, 2026, Northern filed a motion to place settlement rates into effect on an interim basis, effective February 1, 2026 and April 1, 2026 as noted on the filed tariff sections. The interim settlement rates shall remain in effect pending Commission action on the Settlement and shall be subject to refund or surcharge, with interest, computed in accordance with Commission regulations.

Docket No. RP26-466, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On February 5, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to add negotiated rate agreements to be effective February 6, 2026. On February 19, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective February 6, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP26-444, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On January 30, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to add, update and remove negotiated rate agreements to be effective February 1, 2026. On February 19, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective February 1, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP26-443, Periodic Rate Adjustments for Fuel – On January 30, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing which provided for updates effective April 1, 2026 to the percentages for Field Area Fuel Sections 1 and 2, UAF, Storage Fuel, URR and the Section 3 Market Area Fuel for the Summer Season. The tariff filing also updated the Market Area Electric Compression rate. On February 13, 2026, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission accepted the revised tariff record to be effective April 1, 2026, as proposed.
