  • Docket No. RP21-836, Limited Waiver - On May 24, 2021, Northern filed a Petition for a Limited Waiver of Northern’s FERC Gas Tariff of Section 57 of the General Terms and Conditions of Northern’s FERC Gas Tariff for the purpose of seeking the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s approval to refund Daily Delivery Variance Charges (DDVCs) collected for the most recent heating season to affected customers earlier than prescribed by the tariff. On August 2, 2021, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission granted Northern’s request to credit DDVC penalty revenues to shippers earlier than required by the tariff.
