Welcome to Northern Natural Gas' customer activities. With proper security, customers will have access to the following business applications.

  • Throughput Management System
  • Flowing Gas
  • Invoicing
  • Capacity Release
  • Contracts
  • Notifications and Security

 If you need access to Northern's business applications, please contact a marketing or customer service representative, or see Northern's Support>Customer Business Access and Agreement Forms page to request access.

Please be reminded, all customer business applications will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window which occurs from 11 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. nightly. During normal system application maintenance, all of Northern's EDI transactions will be processed after the systems return to normal operations at 3:30 a.m.  All times are Central Clock Time (CCT).
