The Contract Entitlement Begin Time is the beginning of the gas day on the Contract Entitlement Begin Date. The Contract Entitlement End Time is the end of the gas day on the Contract Entitlement End Date.
For interruptible and overrun services, the discount is applicable to all volumes delivered to the stated delivery point or delivery MID range. If a MID or Zone point is referenced, the discount is applicable to all receipt and delivery points within the specified MID or Zone.
