| INTERRUPTIBLE DEFERRED DELIVERY (IDD) ANNUAL ROLLOVER FEE | | |
Any net positive or negative IDD contract inventory balance at the end of the gas day March 31, 2010 will be billed the Annual Rollover Fee of $0.3567/MMBtu. The fee is consistent with Northern’s need to manage storage inventories within a prescribed level during this period.
In the event shippers elect to resolve March 2010 shipper imbalances to their IDD storage contract(s) (April 13-16 imbalance election period), this election will impact the net positive or negative IDD inventory balance for March.
