Release of Capacity Procedure – *Used for Capacity Release Upon reaching agreement with another shipper, the releasing shipper must submit an offer to release capacity and the replacement shipper must complete the bid process to effectuate the release of capacity in Northern Natural Gas Company’s Capacity Release System.
