Storage Nomination Guidance

The Storage Nomination Guidance is Northern’s best estimate of potential storage constraints and allocations based on recent customer nominations and current market conditions.

The Storage Nomination Guidance information is posted each day at 9 a.m. for the upcoming three gas days, resulting in each individual gas day being posted for a minimum of three days. For example, on January 31 at 9 a.m., guidance will post for February 1, February 2, and February 3. On February 1 at 9 a.m., guidance will post for February 2, February 3, and February 4. Then on February 2 at 9 a.m., guidance will post for February 3, February 4, and February 5.  In this example, Gas Day February 3 will have guidance posted a total of three times. There may be instances where guidance is updated throughout the day as well, resulting in more than three entries for a specific gas day.
