Docket No. RP26-1052, Miscellaneous Filing – On August 11, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to revise the URL link to Northern’s website for the system maps referenced in Northern’s tariff. On September 1, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the filing to be effective September 1, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP26-1040, Negotiated Rate Transactions – On August 5, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to add and update negotiated rate agreements to be effective August 6, 2026. On August 25, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective August 6, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP26-1031, Negotiated Rate Transaction – On July 31, 2026, Northern made a tariff filing to add a new negotiated rate agreement to be effective August 2, 2026. On August 19, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transaction to be effective August 2, 2026, as proposed.

On July 23, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective July 1, 2026, as proposed.

Docket No. RP25-989-009, Northern Filing to Update Contesting Parties – On June 18, 2026, Northern Natural Gas filed a request with the Chief Administrative Judge to remove Archer-Daniels Midland as a contesting party and waive the answering period. On June 22, 2026, the Chief Judge issued a letter order granting Northern’s request to accept the revised tariff record for contesting parties, to be effective February 1, 2026, and waive the answering period, as proposed.

On June 18, 2026, the Commission issued a letter order accepting the negotiated rate transactions to be effective June 1, 2026, as proposed.
