| Market and Field Planned Service Outages — Northern has updated the planned service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of June 2025 through October 2025 for the Market and Field Areas. Please refer to planned service outage notice #092198 and the Planned Service Outage Summary page for detailed information related to each outage, including the impacted allocation group(s) and/or point(s), direction of flow, normal operating capacity, estimated daily operating capacity during the outage and the anticipated impact to primary firm service. Please continue to review the Planned Service Outage and Planned Service Outage Summary sections on Northern's website for updated information. |

Marketing / Commercial Highlights

| Northern Files Section 4 Rate Case ─ On July 1, 2025, Northern filed a Section 4 rate case with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. For more information, please refer to notice #092375.
June 2025 Month in Review ─ Northern’s average system-weighted temperature for June 2025 was 71 F, which is 2.9% warmer than the normal average system-weighted temperature of 69 F. Northern averaged daily deliveries of 2.16 Bcf in the Market Area, compared to 2.01 Bcf in June 2024 - a 7.5% increase. Total systemwide power plant deliveries for June 2025 averaged 0.818 Bcf/day, compared to 0.693 Bcf/day in June 2024, an 18.0% increase. |
