Northern has scheduled the service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of April 2025 through October 2025. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

 

A brief description of the most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows.

Field Area

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): SPS Lea Plants (POI 78975), MW New Mexico/NNG Lea (POI 56403), DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200), ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332)

Location: Northern’s mainline between Hobbs, Texas, and Plains, Texas

Project Description: Pipeline maintenance

Months: April 2025 through June 2025

Direction of Flow:

Delivery: SPS Lea Plants (POI 78975) and MW New Mexico/NNG Lea (POI 56403)

Receipt: DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200), ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for SPS Lea Plants (POI 78975), DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873). Primary firm service will not be impacted for MW New Mexico/NNG Lea (POI 56403) and DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200).

Revision: Capacity impacts for DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200), ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332) have been removed for April 2025.

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Jal-Hobbs-Plains System (Group 605).
