Northern has scheduled the service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of February 2025 through October 2025. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

Market/Field Area Combined

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Field to Demarc (Group 831) and Beatrice North (Group 832)

Location: Northern’s mainlines and compressor stations between the Mullinville, Kansas, and Ogden, Iowa compressor stations

Project Description: Pipeline and compressor station maintenance

Month: April 2025 through October 2025

Direction of Flow:

Delivery: Field to Demarc (Group 831) and Beatrice North (Group 832)

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Beatrice North (Group 832) and Field to Demarc (Group 831).

Revision: Capacity impacts for Field to Demarc (Group 831) and Beatrice North (Group 832) have been updated for May 2025.

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Waterloo East (Group 773), Earlville East (Group 487), Galena East (Group 463), and Belleville East (Group 488)

Location: Northern’s pipelines and compressor stations between Waterloo, Iowa, and Belleville, Wisconsin

Project Description: Pipeline and compressor station maintenance

Month: May 2025 through June 2025

Direction of Flow:

        Delivery: Waterloo East (Group 773), Earlville East (Group 487), Galena East (Group 463) and Belleville East (Group 488)

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Waterloo East (Group 773) and Earlville East (Group 487). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Galena East (Group 463) and Belleville East (Group 488).

Location: Northern’s compressor station in Midland, Texas

Project Description: Station maintenance

Month: February 2025 through May 2025

Direction of Flow:

        Delivery: Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601) and Spraberry 16-inch (Group 1112)

       Receipt: Spraberry Station (Group 602)

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Spraberry 16-inch (Group 1112) and Spraberry Station (Group 602).

Revision: Capacity impacts for Spraberry Station (Group 602) have been updated to included May 2025.

 

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Beaver North (Group 1025), Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080), Brownfield North (Group 1022), Pampa North (Group 1023), Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825), Beaver C System (Group 31), PEPL/NNG Mullinville (POI 173) and ANR/NNG Greensburg (POI 179)

Location: Northern’s compressor stations and mainline between Florey, Texas, and Mullinville, Kansas

Delivery: Beaver North (Group 1025), Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080), Brownfield North (Group 1022), Pampa North (Group 1023), and ANR/NNG Greensburg (POI 179)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080), Brownfield North (Group 1022), Pampa North (Group 1023), Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825) and PEPL/NNG Mullinville (POI 173). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Beaver C System (Group 31). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Beaver North (Group 1025) and ANR/NNG Greensburg.

Revision: Capacity impacts for Beaver North (Group 1025), PEPL/NNG Mullinville (POI 173) and ANR/NNG Greensburg (POI 179) have been updated to include May 2025.

Project Description: Station and pipeline maintenance

Months: April 2025 through May 2025

Direction of Flow:

Receipt: Sunray High (Group 32), Sunray Low (Group 10) and ETC Sunray Plant (POI 58676)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for Sunray Low (Group 10) and ETC Sunray Plant (POI 58676). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Sunray High (Group 32).

Revision: Capacity impacts for Sunray High (Group 32) and Sunray Low (Group 10) have been updated to included May 2025.

Location: Northern’s mainline between Hobbs, Texas, and Plains, Texas

Project Description: Pipeline maintenance

Months: April 2025 through May 2025

Delivery: SPS Lea Plants (POI 78975) and MW New Mexico/NNG Lea (POI 56403)

Receipt: DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200), ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for SPS Lea Plants (POI 78975), DCP Linam Ranch Plant (POI 1709), ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332). Primary firm service will not be impacted for MW New Mexico/NNG Lea (POI 56403) and DCP Raptor Lea Co. (POI 200).

Revision: Capacity impacts for ETC Jal No. 3 Plant (POI 62873), Targa Eunice Plant (POI 6751) and Targa Monument Plant (POI 6332) have been updated to included May 2025.

Delivery: Seminole Subsystem (Group 598), El Paso/NNG Waha (POI 57100), Permian Highway Waha (POI 79489), GCX/NNG Waha (POI 79415), Oasis/NNG Waha (POI 62148) and Trans Pecos Hub (POI 79311)

Capacity Impact: Primary firm service will be impacted for El Paso/NNG Waha (POI 57100), Permian Highway Waha (POI 79489), GCX/NNG Waha (POI 79415) and Oasis/NNG Waha (POI 62148). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Seminole Subsystem (Group 598) and Trans Pecos Hub (POI 79311).

Revision: Flow direction for Seminole Subsystem (Group 598) impacts in March have been updated. Capacity impacts for Seminole Subsystem (Group 598), El Paso/NNG Waha (POI 57100), Permian Highway Waha (POI 79489), GCX/NNG Waha (POI 79415), Oasis/NNG Waha (POI 62148) and Trans Pecos Hub (POI 79311) have been updated to include May 2025.
