Northern has scheduled the service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of April 2023 through October 2023. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

 

A brief description of the most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows.

 

Northern is anticipating the pipeline maintenance impacting Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080), Brownfield North (Group 1022), and Pampa North (Group 1023) will be completed by the end of the day. As a result, Northern has updated the impacted operating capacities effective for the Timely nomination cycle of Gas Day April 21, 2023. Northern has scheduled station maintenance impacting capacity at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) in May 2023. Additionally, Northern scheduled pipeline and station maintenance impacting capacity at Beaver North (Group 1025), Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080), Beaver C System (Group 31), Brownfield North (Group 1022), Pampa North (Group 1023), Seminole Subsystem (Group 598), Spraberry Station (Group 602), Spraberry 12-inch (Group 602), Spraberry 16-inch (Group 1112), Sunray Low (Group 10), and Sunray High (Group 32) for July 2023.

Location: Northern’s Pierz, Minnesota, compressor station and mainline between Hugo, Minnesota, and North Branch, Minnesota

Project Description: Station maintenance

Note: Northern will schedule primary volumes at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) to the extent that available capacity exists for Northern to physically flow receipt and delivery volumes at Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) and Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983). Primary volumes at Viking Chisago/Isanti will be scheduled prior to alternate volumes at Viking/NNG Pierz ITE.

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates that primary firm service will be impacted for Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) delivery and receipts.

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for PEPL/NNG Mullinville (POI 173), and Mitchell to Gaines (Group (825). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Seminole Subsystem (Group 598), Beaver C & Beaver North (Group 1080), Brownfield North (Group 1022), and Pampa North (Group 1023). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Beaver North (Group 1025), Beaver C System (Group 31), and ANR/NNG Greensburg (POI 179).

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for Spraberry Station (Group 602), Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601), and Spraberry 16-inch (Group 1112)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service to be impacted for Sunray Low (Group 10), Sunray High (Group 32), and ETC Sunray Plant (POI 58676).

Revision: Capacity impacts for Sunray High (Group 32) and Sunray Low (Group 10) have been updated for July 2023.
