Northern has scheduled the planned service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of November through December 2019. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

Market Area

East Leg

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Waterloo East (Group 773)

Location: Between the Ogden, Iowa and Belleville, Wisconsin compressor stations

Project Description: Station maintenance at the Earlville, Iowa compressor station. Pipeline maintenance required as a result of the in-line inspection between the Ogden, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa compressor stations. In addition, in-line inspection modifications on the Dubuque to Galena and Galena to ANR-Janesville lines are in progress.

Direction of Flow: Delivery

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm capacity will be impacted.

Revision: Northern received a favorable in-line inspection report for Northern’s pipeline system between the Ogden, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa compressor stations. Capacity impacts for Waterloo East (Group 773) will be returning to normal operating capacity levels beginning with the Intraday 1 cycle for Gas Day November 8, 2019.

Location: Gaines County, Texas compressor station

Project Description: Pipeline maintenance between the Spraberry, Texas and Gaines County, Texas compressor stations

Month(s): November 2019

Direction of Flow: Delivery for Brownfield North (Group 1022) and Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601) and receipt for Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825)

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm capacity will be impacted.

Revision: Northern completed pipeline maintenance ahead of schedule for the portion of its system between the Spraberry, Texas and Gaines County, Texas compressor stations. Capacity impacts for Brownfield North (Group 1022), Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825) and Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601) will be returning to normal operating capacity levels beginning with the Intraday 1 cycle for Gas Day November 8, 2019.
