Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted as Northern will not allocate Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) to the extent there is available capacity for Northern to physically flow net receipts at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) or Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983). Primary firm at Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) will be scheduled prior to alternate volumes at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) or Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983).
Revision: Due to rescheduled outages, capacity impacts for Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) for September 2019 and October 2019 have been updated.
East Leg

Location: Between the Ogden, Iowa and Belleville, Wisconsin compressor stations
Project Description: Station maintenance at the Earlville, Iowa compressor station. Report results from the in-line inspection between the Ogden, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa compressor stations. In addition, in-line inspection modifications on the Dubuque to Galena and Galena to ANR-Janesville lines are in progress.

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm capacity may be impacted for the Seminole Sub-system (Group 598). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Oasis Waha (POI 62148) and Agua Blanca (POI 79398).
Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Brownfield North (Group 1022), Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825) and Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601)
Location: Gaines County, Texas compressor station
Project Description: Pipeline maintenance between the Spraberry, Texas and Gaines County, Texas compressor stations

Direction of Flow: Delivery for Brownfield North (Group 1022) and Spraberry 12-inch (Group 601) and receipt for Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825)
Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm capacity will be impacted.

Capacity Impact: Primary firm service will not be impacted.
Note: Northern will be performing station maintenance at the Cunningham storage facility. During this time interruptible storage withdrawals may be impacted.
Revision: The outage has been rescheduled from September 24-26, 2019 to October 22-25, 2019.
