Northern has scheduled the planned service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of September through November 2019. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

A brief description of the most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows.

Market Area

Central Mainline

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667)

Location: Pierz, Minnesota compressor station

Project Description: In-line inspections between the North Branch, Minnesota compressor station and Cambridge, Minnesota

Month(s): September 2019

Direction of Flow: Receipt

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for Gas Days September 17–19, 2019. Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Gas Days September 20, 2019 and September 23-26, 2019, as Northern will not allocate Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) to the extent there is available capacity for Northern to physically flow net receipts at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) or Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983). Primary firm at Viking/NNG Pierz ITE (POI 61667) will be scheduled prior to alternate volumes at Viking Chisago/Isanti (POI 196) or Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983).

Project Description: Station modifications and an in-line inspection between the Beaver, Oklahoma and Mullinville, Kansas compressor stations

Month(s): September 2019 through November 2019

Direction of Flow: Receipt for PEPL Mullinville (POI 173) and delivery for Beaver North (Group 1025) and Beaver C and Beaver North (Group 1080))

Capacity Impact: Primary firm service will not be impacted.

Revision: Due to rescheduled outages, capacity impacts for Beaver North (Group 1025) have been updated for September 2019.
