Northern has scheduled the planned service outages that will affect operating capacity within the months of June through November 2019. Please review the Planned Service Outage Summary for detailed information related to each outage.

A brief description of the most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows. 

Field Area

Allocation Group(s)/Point(s): Brownfield North (Group 1022) and Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825)

Location: Gaines County, Texas and Plainview, Texas compressor stations compressor stations

Project Description: Station maintenance at the Plainview and Gaines County, Texas compressor stations

Month(s): June 2019 and July 2019

Direction of Flow: Receipt and Delivery

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm capacity will be impacted for Brownfield North (Group 1022). Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted for Mitchell to Gaines (Group 825). Operating capacity is fully subscribed in Brownfield North (Group 1022). Northern anticipates that customers with primary firm receipts south of the Brownfield compressor station and primary firm deliveries north of the Brownfield compressor station should expect a minimum pro-rata share of the firm capacity for June 2019 of 91% for the outage, and a minimum pro-rata share for July 2019 of 63% for the outage.

Revision: Primary firm service impacts for Brownfield North (Group 1022) have been updated for June 2019.

Project Description: Pipeline modifications near Oasis Waha

Direction of Flow: Receipt

Capacity Impact: Northern does not anticipate primary firm service will be impacted.

Revision: Due to outages being extended, capacity impacts for Seminole Subsystem (Group 598) and Oasis Waha (POI 62148) have been updated for June 2019.
