A brief description of the most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows.

Northern is nearing completion of the mainline repairs near Willow River, Minnesota. While completing tie-in activity to return the permanent pipeline to service, Northern will be required to temporarily reduce operating capacity at the points listed below to a combined 175,000 Dth/day, effective for Gas Days Wednesday, February 18, 2026, through Friday, February 20, 2026.

Capacity Impact: Northern anticipates primary firm service will be impacted for GRLKS/NNG Carlton (POI 388), GRLKS/NNG Wakefield (POI 21972) and GRLKS/NNG Grand Rapids (POI 78994). Primary firm service will not be impacted for Semco Marquette M-35 (POI 79374) and Semco Marquette Emergency Receipt (POI 79379).

Revision: Capacity impacts for Carlton South (Group 811), GRLKS/NNG Carlton (POI 388), GRLKS/NNG Wakefield (POI 21972), GRLKS/NNG Grand Rapids (POI 78994), Semco Marquette M-35 (POI 79374) and Semco Marquette Emergency Receipt (POI 79379) have been updated for February 2026.
