      Northern held an open season for firm throughput
service from Viking/NNG Pierz Inter (POI 61667) for delivery to points on the
Brainerd Lake/Crosby Branch Line in Northern's Market Area. The open season
began December 5, 2025, and concluded at 5 p.m. CCT on Thursday December 11,
2025. Northern received one binding bid that was evaluated pursuant to the
terms of the open season. The net present value analysis of the customer bid is
