      Northern is willing to sell firm capacity and
grant realignments greater than 60 days prior to the contract start date for winter
seasonal service (November 1 through March 31). Northern will sell capacity for
the remainder of this heating season and subsequent winter seasons for requests
for receipt points and delivery points inside the 
      
        
          
            Hubbard East Group (585).
       The seasonal service may be for one (remainder of this heating
season) or multiple seasons. Terms greater than one season must be for
consecutive seasons. The contract quantities must be uniform throughout the
term of the agreement and are subject to available capacity.
       
      Any realignments must go through the term of the contract and are
