Northern held an open season forbackhaul
throughput service from receipt points located in Northern's Field Area MIDs
1-16B for deliveries in the Field Area MIDs 1-16A. The open
season began Tuesday, October 28, 2025, and concluded at 2 p.m. CCT on Wednesday,
November 12, 2025. Northern received binding bids that were evaluated pursuant
to the terms of the open season. The net present value analysis of the
