      Northern held an open season for firm throughput
service from NBPL/NNG Welcome (POI 1665) for delivery to points South of
Welcome along the West Leg. The open season began October 1, 2025, and
concluded at 5 p.m. CCT on Tuesday October 7, 2025. Northern received binding
bids that were evaluated pursuant to the terms of the open season. The net
