Northern held an open season for firm throughput
service from NBPL/NNG Ventura (POI 192) and NNG Field/MKT Demarcation -16B (POI
37654) for delivery to points between Demarc and Ventura including east of
Ogden on the East Leg.
The open season began September 17, 2025, and concluded at 5 p.m.
CCT on Thursday October 2, 2025. Northern received binding bids that were
evaluated pursuant to the terms of the open season. The net present value
