Northern hereby
provides notice that it is willing to sell available firm capacity and grant
realignments for requests for service in Northern's Field Area for receipts and
deliveries in MID 6 within Jal to Gaines (Group 824) for (1) annual service
(twelve consecutive months of the same amount of capacity) and (2) winter
service (November 1 through March 31). Service must begin November 1, 2025, for
(1) one or multiple years or (2) one or multiple winters. Terms greater than
one year must be for consecutive years. The contract quantities must be uniform
throughout the term of the agreement and are subject to available capacity. Any
realignments must go through the term of the contract and are subject to
available capacity.
