      Northern
held an open season for throughput service commencing on November 1, 2025, for
deliveries in the Field area. The open season began April 1, 2025, and
concluded at 2 p.m. CCT on June 24, 2025. Northern received binding bids that
were evaluated pursuant to the terms of the open season. The net present value
