reimbursement for the Carlton buyout, Carlton commodity surcharge and non-performance
penalties collected November 2024 through March 2025 will be included in the
Market Area customers' May 2025 reservation invoice.

Resolution schedules showing the allocation of the reimbursement by flow
obligation are available on the Carlton
Resolution web page. This information is
included in Northern's refund report to be filed with the Commission on 
June 2, 2025.
