Northern held an open season to expand its system north
of the Ventura, Iowa, compressor station in Northern's Market Area for firm
service commencing on or after November 1, 2027, which ended May 15, 2025. Northern

Northern also received five
requests for realignment and no requests to turnback capacity. 



Northern will work with the
requesting parties to evaluate capital requirements associated with construction
of additional facilities related to the requests.



Northern's FERC Gas Tariff
provides for the posting of open season NPV results used to allocate capacity.
Since capacity has not been allocated, NPV calculations are not necessary and
therefore are not included.
