Pursuant to Part 8, Section 57 of the General Terms
and Conditions of Northern's FERC Gas Tariff, receipt point penalty and daily
delivery variance charge (DDVC) revenues collected during the period April 2024
through October 2024 will be credited, with interest, to customers concurrent
with the January commodity invoices that will be finalized and posted to
Northern's website February 13, 2025. The penalty
revenue crediting schedules describing the
calculations of the credits will be included in Northern's Notice of Penalty
and DDVC Revenue Crediting Report to be filed with the FERC February 13,
2025.



Penalty Revenue Credits will be applied as follows:

DDVC credits will appear on the current month DDVC
invoice only for the customers who were subject to the variance charges.

Receipt Point Penalty credits will appear on the
current month receipt point variance invoice only for shippers who operate
contiguous, onshore receipt points that do not have an Operator Balancing
Agreement (OBA).

·
Northern did not collect any revenue for
Unauthorized Gas or PDD Rollover charges during the period.
