Please be advised
that, pursuant to Northern Natural Gas Company's tariff, all gas received into
Northern's pipeline from Shippers must conform to specific gas quality specifications,
including the Heating Value of greater than or equal to 950 Btu/cubic foot. If
any gas received by Northern fails at any time to conform to the tariff
specification, Northern may, on a basis that is not unduly discriminatory,
refuse to receive such gas into its system pending correction by the
appropriate party.



All the specifications
for gas quality are set forth on Northern's FERC Gas Tariff, Part 8, Section 44.
Northern encourages you to review your gas stream components and, if necessary,
bring your gas up to pipeline specification.
