Northern
held an open season for throughput service commencing on November 1, 2024, for
deliveries in Northern's Field Area including deliveries to NNG Field/Market
Demarcation-16B (POI 37654). The open season began March 21, 2024, and
concluded at 5 p.m. CCT on March 27, 2024. Northern received binding bids that
were evaluated pursuant to the terms of the open season. Bid 5 was rejected due
to contingencies in the bid. The net present value analysis of the customers'
