Northern
hereby provides notice that it is willing to sell greater than 60 days prior to
the start date firm capacity and grant realignments for requests for annual
service in Northern's Field Area for receipts and deliveries within Spraberry
12-Inch (Group 601). The annual service must have equal summer (Apr - Oct) and
winter (Nov - Mar) seasonal entitlement. Service must begin January 1, 2025, and
may be for one or multiple years. Terms greater than one year must be for
consecutive years. The contract quantities must be uniform throughout each
season for the term of the agreement and are subject to available capacity.
Any realignments
must go through the term of the contract and are subject to available capacity.
