      Northern
is adjusting the scheduled time of its nightly system application maintenance
window to occur from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The current window is 11 p.m. through
3:30 a.m. The one-hour change is being implemented to ensure that system
updates have sufficient time to complete. During this time, all of Northern's
business applications will be unavailable. EDI transactions will be processed
once the application system returns to normal operations. All times are Central
