Northern
is willing to sell firm capacity and grant realignments greater than 60 days prior to the contract start date for annual
service (twelve consecutive months of the same amount of capacity) for requests
from a receipt point of either GRLKS/NNG CARLTON (POI 388) or GRLKS/NNG Grand
Rapids (POI 78994) to deliveries to points in the CARLTON
NORTH ALLOCATION GROUP (812) that begin anytime between November 1, 2026
through March 1, 2027 and end on either October 31 or March 31 for a term of one
or more years. The contract quantities must be uniform throughout the term of
the agreement and are subject to available capacity. All realignments must go
through the term of the contract and are subject to available capacity.
