Update 1: Northern would like to inform customers
of an adjustment to operational receipt capacities at Viking/NNG Pierz Inter
(POI 61667).



Northern has completed modifications to
its system and has returned the operational capacity at the Viking/NNG Pierz
Inter (POI 61667) interconnect to 75,000 Dth/day year-round. Due to upcoming planned
service outages creating capacity constraints, Northern will not be contracting
incremental firm capacity in the North Branch Receipt Points Group (Group
1151R) during the planned service outage impacting the North Branch Receipt
Points Group in July 2026.



Northern is hereby announcing an open
season for all available Viking/NNG Pierz Inter (POI 61667) receipt capacity
for service commencing at the conclusion of the planned service outage
impacting the North Branch Receipt Points Group (1151R). 



Northern will provide further open season
details in a future notice approximately two weeks prior to the close of the
open season. The duration of this open season will not exceed 60 business days.

Northern
would like to inform customers of an upcoming adjustment to operational receipt
capacities at Viking/NNG Pierz Inter (POI 61667) and Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI
62983).



Due to
physical load profiles within the Pierz Region Receipt Allocation Group (Group
1120) consistently falling below the operational capacity at the Viking/NNG
Pierz Inter (POI 61667) interconnect, and operational constraints preventing
physical flow outside the allocation group, Northern will be reducing the
operational capacity at the Viking/NNG Pierz Inter (POI 61667) interconnect
during the summer months.



Similarly,
due to physical load profiles within the Ladysmith Branch Line Allocation Group
(Group 1037), Northern will be raising the operational capacity at the
Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983) interconnect during the shoulder months of
October and April.



Effective
October 1, 2025, the following operational capacities will be established as
the new long-term operational capacities for Viking/NNG Pierz Inter (POI 61667)
and Viking/NNG Polk ITE (POI 62983).
