Firm
Deferred Delivery (FDD) customers that have elected 3-Step, 4-Step or
Gas-in-Place (GIP) service options with a contract inventory balance in excess
of 5% of firm storage quantity (FSQ) at the end of the gas day May 31, 2026 will
be assessed the Annual Rollover Fee of $0.7404 per Dth. In the event shippers
elect to resolve May 2026 shipper imbalances to their FDD storage contract(s) (June
11-16, 2026, imbalance election period), this election will impact the FDD
inventory balance for May and may increase or reduce the Annual Rollover charge
billed.
