      Northern
is willing to sell firm capacity and grant realignments greater than 60 days
prior to the contract start date for winter seasonal service (November 1
through March 31) for capacity at Ogden Deferred Delivery (POI 98) for the
upcoming winter season and successive winter seasons in subsequent years. This
notice permits requests greater than 60 days prior to the start date of
service. Service must begin November 1, 2026. Terms greater than one season
must be for consecutive seasons. The contract quantities must be uniform
throughout the term of the agreement and are subject to available capacity. All
realignments must go through the term of the contract and are subject to
