delivery

Northern also received four
requests for realignment and no requests to turnback capacity. 



Northern is currently
working with the parties to evaluate capital requirements associated with construction
of additional facilities related to the requests.



Northern's FERC Gas Tariff
provides for the posting of open season NPV results used to allocate capacity.
Since capacity was not allocated NPV calculations were not necessary and
therefore are not included.
