Northern Natural Gas filed
a settlement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to resolve the
pending section 4 rate case. Since Northern's last rate case in 2022, Northern
has invested $1.6 billion in the reliability, modernization and regulatory
compliance of its system. The settlement is designed to resolve all issues in
the rate proceeding and provide Northern customer's with rate stability. As
part of the settlement, Northern and its customers agreed to a rate case
moratorium until July 1, 2027.



Northern implemented the settlement rates effective February
1, 2026, and will provide refunds within 60 days of a final order approving the
settlement.
