The
Annual Rollover Fee of $0.7404 per Dth will be assessed to any net positive or
negative IDD contract inventory balance at the end of Gas Day March 31, 2026.
In the event shippers elect to resolve March 2026 shipper imbalances to their
IDD storage contracts (April 13-16, 2026, imbalance election period), this
election will impact the net positive or negative IDD inventory balances for
March and may increase or reduce the Annual Rollover charge billed.
