      Northern is pleased to confirm that a settlement in principle has
been reached with a majority of customers in the pending rate case, Docket No.
RP25-989. 
      On Monday, February 23, 2026, Northern filed a
motion to implement interim settlement rates effective February 1, 2026, for inclusion
in the March billing of February 2026 reservation and commodity charges.
Northern requested an expedited order on the motion by February 25, 2026, so
the lower settlement rates can be applied to the February 2026 billing cycle.
The motion is posted on the

          Settlement Rate Summary Tableand the MID Matrix Tables available on the

      Anticipating the motion will be granted, these
interim settlement rates will be reflected on customers' preliminary invoices
effective Thursday, February 26, 2026. Estimated rate information for nominated
volumes will also be available in the Throughput Management System. In the
event the motion is not granted, Northern will revert back to the previously
