most recent change(s) to the Planned Service Outage Summary follows. 
  
  


  
    
      Northern is nearing completion of the mainline
repairs near Willow River, Minnesota. While completing tie-in activity to
return the permanent pipeline to service, Northern will be required to
temporarily reduce operating capacity at the points listed below to a combined
175,000 Dth/day, effective for Gas Days Wednesday, February 18, 2026, through
