      Based on recent
scheduling activity in Northern's Market Area and the colder-than-normal
temperatures forecast for the remainder of January, Northern anticipates an
increased likelihood that the Ventura North Allocation Group (1021) and the
Farmington North Allocation Group (750) may be allocated as early as Gas Day
Friday, January 23, 2026, and continuing until demand subsides. If customer
nominations through either group exceed the available operating capacity,
