Northern
is willing to sell firm capacity and grant realignments greater than 60 days
prior to the contract start date for (1) annual service (twelve consecutive
months of the same amount of capacity); and (2) seasonal service for requests from receipt point NBPL/NNG Ventura
(POI 192) for deliveries east of Ventura on the Mason City Branch Line that
begin April 1, 2026 or November 1, 2026 for (1) one or multiple years or (2)
one or multiple seasons. The contract quantities must be uniform throughout the
term of the agreement for each annual or seasonal service and are subject to
available capacity. All realignments must go through the term of the contract
and are subject to available capacity.
