Deferred Delivery (FDD) customers that have elected 3-Step, 4-Step or
Gas-in-Place (GIP) service options with an inventory level at the end of the
Gas Day January 31, 2026, below the minimum period account balance quantity
stated on the Appendix A of the customers' FDD contracts will incur an
authorized overrun charge of $0.2373 per Dth on the quantity below the period
minimum. Contracts are aggregated by legal entity and the same storage service
type to determine the quantities subject to the authorized overrun charge. In
the event a customer elects to use FDD to resolve its January 2026
transportation imbalances during the imbalance election period (February 12-18,
2026), this election will impact its end of day January 31, 2026, inventory
billing balance and may result in an additional fee.
