              NAESB Standards.  The business practices and electronic standards
              adopted by the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) (formerly Gas
              Industry Standards Board ("GISB")) and by the Commission.  Northern

              Net Liquid Revenue.  The term "Net Liquid Revenue" shall mean the revenue
              received by Northern for plant products less transportation, fractionization and
              marketing fees.
