		Gas Quality information for the current gas day is updated for all location ID's after 11:00AM.
		To obtain historical gas quality information for a particular gas day, include both the date and time of 09:00 or later (i.e., MM/DD/YYY 09:00).  If a time is not included, the results will show gas quality information for the date previous to the date requested.
