This Agreement including both segmented and un-segmented contract components, constitutes the
entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and
shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their
respective successors and assigns.  No promises, agreements or warranties additional to this
Agreement other than as may be contained in Northern's FERC Gas Tariff will be deemed to be a
part of this Agreement nor will any alteration, amendment or modification be effective unless
confirmed in writing by the parties.

For Subpart B contracts: [The transportation service described herein is provided on behalf of
[Eligible-on behalf of Party]].

For Subpart B and G contracts:  [For purposes of delivery hereunder to delivery point(s)
constructed pursuant to Section 311 of the Natural Gas Policy Act, or to delivery points
delivering to intrastate pipelines, and to the extent that the Shipper has provided the
pipeline with an on-behalf-of certification, the transportation hereunder shall be provided
pursuant to Subpart B.  All other transportation hereunder shall be pursuant to Subpart G.]
